Sharon Mawhinney, Director

Sharon is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the infrastructure and transport sector, where she has held a number of leadership and senior management positions in government and the private sector in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

With a breadth of experience in business and asset strategy, project planning, transaction deals and asset management, she has a demonstrated track record for delivering results and a passion for driving quality outcomes, applying critical thinking to complex problem solving.

Sharon operates with an authentic and inclusive communication style and is used to working across the full spectrum of business organisations from senior executives, management, operations personnel to a wide range of stakeholders, navigating client objectives through to the desired outcomes.

Notable project experience includes Sydney Metro, NSW and ACT Light Rail (Sydney, Parramatta and Canberra), and major organisational change programs such as the establishment of Transport for NSW and due diligence for the IPO listing of QR National.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons, Civil Engineering & Economics), Chartered Membership of the Institution of Civil Engineering, UK (CEng, MICE) and Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (GradDipAppFin).
